ABOUT CTD
When we made up our minds to establish CTD we were quite hopeful and confident that it will be on addition in the world of training and development, not as a number only, but as a quality as well.
Our confidence stems from:
a) Our experience in the field of training and development accumulated over decades of work in this field.
b) Our firm belief that training makes real difference in a time of limited alternative: either you move forward, or you pass off the scene.

- Our vision: to see training highly considered by Arab organizations and individuals.
- Our objective: to help create strong conviction that training is guaranteed road to success and achieving goals.
- Our values: to adhere to ethics of the profession and to fair competition, and to adopt win – win policy to steer our efforts and activities, towards customer's satisfaction as our ultimate outcome.
Our activities:
- Organization of conference, exhibitions, congresses and seminars locally and arabi world wise in the fields that contribute to national Arab advancement.
- Organization of training activities: course, programs, workshops, etc… in areas that are in line with our mission and vision.
- Conducting studies and offering consultation at the request of Jordanian and other Arab organizations.
- Cooperation with other Jordanian and Arab training centers to conduct joint renters.
Our facilities:
CTD is located near sport city circle within the easy reach of all residents of the capital. It is furnished with the following training facilities:
- Three training halls very well furnished to create a training environment.
- Three computer labs each equipped with a date show and a server.
- Air conditioning Besides, the premises have a luxurious rest area for trainees and other customers.
Administrative and training staff:
All staff members are well experienced in the field of training administration and coordination Trainers, whether full timers or part timers are selected according to very strict criteria from amony practitioners; university staffs members, and others.
